Welcome to Greentech Resort & Convention Center. By booking a stay, attending an event, or using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Reservations and Payments
- All bookings are subject to room availability and confirmation from the resort.
- A valid payment method is required to secure reservations.
- Prices may vary based on season, room category, and promotional offers.
- Any additional services (e.g., extra meals, facilities) may incur additional charges.
2. Check-In and Check-Out
- Check-in: Strictly from 11:00 AM on the day of arrival.
- Check-out: Strictly by 11:00 AM on the following day.
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur extra charges.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations must be made at least 15 days prior to check-in for a full refund.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a one-night charge or forfeiture of booking deposits.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days.
4. Kids Policy
- Children under 3 years of age can stay free when using existing bedding.
- For children aged 4–8 years, additional charges may apply depending on room and meal plans.
- Extra bedding or baby cots can be arranged upon request, subject to availability and additional costs.
- Parents or guardians are fully responsible for supervising children, especially when using facilities such as the swimming pool or playground.
5. Pets Policy
- Pets are not allowed inside rooms, pool areas, or the restaurant for hygiene and safety reasons.
- Service animals, where applicable, are welcome but must be registered with the front desk during check-in.
- Guests bringing pets (if permitted for outdoor events) are responsible for their care, hygiene, and behavior.
- Any damage caused by pets will result in additional cleaning or repair charges.
6. Smoking & Alcohol Policy
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside rooms, restaurants, and enclosed spaces. Designated outdoor smoking areas are provided.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed only in specific areas (restaurant/bar or private event spaces) and must comply with local laws and resort rules.
- Guests found violating the smoking or alcohol policy may incur additional cleaning fees or be asked to vacate the premises.
- Underage drinking (below 18 years) is not tolerated under any circumstances.
7. Guest Responsibilities
- Guests are expected to treat all property and facilities with care. Any damages caused by negligence will be billed to the guest.
- Illegal or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate eviction without refund.
- For safety reasons, non-registered visitors must be approved by management.
8. Use of Facilities
- Access to facilities such as the swimming pool, gym, and convention hall is limited to registered guests and event attendees.
- Pool and gym rules must be followed at all times for safety.
- The resort is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage due to improper use of facilities.
9. Food and Beverages
- Outside food and beverages are not allowed unless approved by management.
- Our restaurant and catering services are available for all dining needs.
10. Parking and Security
- Complimentary parking is available for registered guests.
- The resort is monitored by CCTV and trained security staff, but guests are advised to secure their personal belongings.
11. Damage & Lost Property Policy
- Guests are liable for any damage to rooms, furniture, or resort property caused by negligence or misuse. Charges will be added to the guest’s account.
- The resort is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items. Valuables should be kept in in-room safety lockers or handed to reception for safekeeping.
- Left-behind items, if found, will be stored for up to 30 days. Guests must arrange collection or delivery at their own expense.
12. Liability
- The resort is not liable for personal injuries, accidents, or theft during your stay.
- Guests are advised to follow safety instructions while using resort facilities.
13. Events and Conferences
- Event bookings are subject to separate agreements, including terms related to setup, payments, and cancellations.
- Noise levels must be controlled to avoid disturbance to other guests.
14. Force Majeure
- The resort shall not be held liable or responsible for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather conditions, fire, flood, pandemic, government restrictions, strikes, labor disputes, or acts of God.
- In the event of a Force Majeure situation, reservations may be rescheduled subject to availability, but no refunds will be provided for cancellations outside our control.
15. Amendments to Terms
Greentech Resort & Convention Center reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website.
